Returns Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. So if you wish to return your purchase, please email us at hello@flylegsup.com within 14 days of receiving product and we will let you know the return address. Please note that the goods must be returned within 14 days of your refund request date, in their original condition, unopened and unused. Once we receive the product we will process the product refund as soon as possible (typically within 1-3 working days), however, we do not refund any postage fees.
All postage, insurance and customs costs (if applicable) are to be paid for by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post & that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Fly LegsUp will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during the return process.
